Pressure cleaning removes surface contamination, but stains like rust and oil have penetrated into the pores of the material. You need chemical treatments that react with the stain itself, not just mechanical force pushing water at it.

We match the treatment to the surface. Some acids used for rust can affect certain stones, so we always test first on an inconspicuous area. Concrete and most pavers handle professional stain treatments without issue when applied correctly. Sometimes the stain removal chemicals will affect the area by 'over-cleaning' so to speak. If this happens, the entire area will need to be treated with the same chemical to ensure an even result. This can be expensive as the chemicals are highly specialised and expensive. We will have that discussion if that problem is suspected to come up.
