Thats your order of importance inside and out. It's the 80-20 of needs. If you nail those 3, you're golden, if you nail those 3 and your golden. They don't have to be perfect, but they need to be clean and even, i.e. no half doing one of the services as it looks worse than the whole thing being dirty.

Tight for cash and have to drop services, get the windows done professionally. Once you see the result, you'll understand why, but it's the biggest impact in any space and a big signal to buyers you're serious about the home.

Ideally a week or two before photos are scheduled, but we can often turn jobs around faster if you're in a pinch, but may cost you a little extra as a rush charge. The earlier you book, the easier it is to lock in your preferred date, we can also stagger services so exterior cleaning is done a few weeks before final prep and the windows get done a couple of days from photos/open homes, but again let us know as early as you can.

It depends on what your property needs. Most jobs include windows (inside and out), driveway and path cleaning, and an exterior house wash. We can tailor the scope to focus on whatever will make the biggest difference for your listing.
