High windows are no issue for us. We have the tools and knowledge to allow us to reach almost anything up to 4 stories high. You may be thinking we have big ladders or big cherry pickers on hand, but you'd be wrong. While ladders and access equipment have their place, and we have partnered with other Gold Coast companies to give us use when needed, we find our pure water window cleaning system are safer and more time efficient for us, and more cost effective for our customers.
Water is way more powerful than most people are aware. As it travels through any environment, it pulls in minerals and contaminants to its own solution. Tap water is inherently impure, here on the Gold Coast, if you were to test it, you'd find that you get a result of anywhere between 180 and 260 ppm (parts per million) of Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), usually primarily calcium and lime (Brisbane is 400+). When this water evaporates, especially on glass, it leaves behind the minerals in the water. Over time, these solidify and set on whatever surface they're on and become a pain to remove.
Through a combination of Reverse Osmosis and Ionisation, our filtration systems can take any water input and remove all the trace minerals down to under 10ppm (sometimes 2-0ppm). Water at this level of purity is amazing, no only will it dry completely clear, but it will aggressively remove all water soluble contaminants it comes in contact with. Perfect for cleaning glass and other surfaces that require a spot free finish.
