Why Both Sides Matter
You've seen it before — one side sparkling, the other side making the whole window look dirty. Light hits differently on each surface. Grime on the inside diffuses the view just as much as salt on the outside.
We don't offer interior-only or exterior-only for residential first-timers. Not because we're difficult — because we won't put our name on a half-result. You're paying for clean windows, not clean-ish windows.
Some Windows Can't Be Cleaned — And That's Okay
While we are really good at what we do and have an almost endless bag of tricks, not every window is accessible. Some are sealed behind fixed louvres, blocked by furniture that can't be moved, or sitting five storeys up behind multiple obstacles. Others might be technically possible but cost-prohibitive — if getting to one window requires three hours of setup, it's not going to make sense in 99% of situations.
If we can't clean a window that sits right next to one we can, we'll often leave both. One sparkling pane next to a dirty one will cause a visual break in continuity and looks worse than two that match. This is our recommendation, however if you do really want that clean done against our advice, we will oblige but understand most clients regret having it done.
We'll always flag access issues during initial inspections so there's no surprises and have the conversation to ensure everyone is on the same page and we all have the same expectations.

Can I get just the outside done?
For residential first-time clients, no. We need to do both sides to guarantee a quality result. We don't want you to be disappointed in the quality of service, and call us back only to be shown that the dirty window 'missed' is in fact on the side of the glass we didn't clean. Exterior-only is available for commercial, strata, or existing maintenance plan clients.
How long does it take?
Most 3-4 bedroom low-set homes take 2-3 hours. While we prefer you are home at the start for access and any questions. You don't need to stay home for the entire service — just let us know access and exit details for us to secure the property.
What if some windows are impossible to reach?
We'll let you know during initial discussions. Our water-fed pole systems reach up to 5 storeys, but some windows are blocked by fixed structures, furniture, or safety constraints. If we can't access it safely or cost-effectively, we'll flag it upfront — no surprises.
